Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 15, 2023, NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has declared a second quarter 2023 cash dividend of $0.39 per share of common stock for the period beginning on April 1, 2023, through the end of the second quarter, June 30, 2023. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Exhibit 99.1 hereto shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the Exchange Act), or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act.
