Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 20, 2021, NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of its initial public offering of common stock and the commencement of trading of the Company’s common stock on the OTCQX® Best Market operated by the OTC Markets Group, Inc., under the symbol “NLCP.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
